There is a small pond behind the house. On summer nights you can hear the croaking of frogs. Our house is in a quiet, unspoiled area, but still central. It takes about 11 minutes to walk to the bus stop. There are two shopping centers within walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. The A23 in the direction of Itzehoe or Hamburg can be reached by car in about 3 to 5 minutes. Depending on the traffic situation, the A7 can be reached in about 10 minutes. We live in Hamburg Rahlstedt with good bus and subway connections to the city. The U1 Oldenfelde is 7 minutes walk or to U-Farmsen and then the bus 167 Bus Treptower Straße. The Euro-FH is within walking distance. We are a Muslim family with German and Kashmiri roots and have three adult daughters. I live with my daughter here in a quiet residential area. Shops and bus stop are around the corner. We love a clean living area and we cook halal. Alcohol and smoking is not allowed. You have a mostly private bathroom on the ground floor, the room is upstairs. We speak fluent German and English. WE ACCOMMODATE ONlY FEMAlE PEOPlE.
