Wooden chalet built 2009, living room/kitchen (convertible sofa/bed), bedroom (double bed), sleeping loft 20 m² (2 beds), sleeping loft 10 m² (2 beds), large roofed open porch. Sauna in same building, sauna has washroom (shower), sauna (wood-burning stove). Chalet has underfloor heating. New chalet built for use as holiday home in a farm environment. Level, light yard area, landscape open and bordered by small forest areas. Owner’s house 120 m away on other side of pool. Next to pool is owner’s sauna building, which is also used by second rented cottage (8238 Muonamies). Chalet 6268 itself has 15 m of own shore.
