There’s an air of graceful elegance to this home located in Rome’s Valle Aurelia neighbourhood, directly behind the Vatican. Bright and welcoming, you’ll immediately be drawn to the main open-plan living area where large glass doors lead out onto a private balcony. Enjoy your morning espresso here while catching up on the day’s news or sip sunset aperitifs before heading out for dinner at a local trattoria. With two comfortable bedrooms – one of which has a vanity desk should you need to catch up on work – you’ve got everything you need for a relaxing, care-free stay. Outside of your home, Vatican City with its famous Saint Peter's Basilica is a thirty-minute walk away, Monte Ciocci Park is a thirteen-minute stroll and thanks to the metro station that’s a four-minute walk away, you can be in Rome’s historic centre in less than thirty minutes. *This home is located on the first floor and has lift access*The home has a private entrance*...More Details

It’s true that the interior won’t be to everyone’s taste – it’s flashy and happy to show off a bit – but you can’t please everyone all the time. What you can do is ensure a certain level of quality, something that Nocino has no trouble with. Everything feels brand new, and from what we could see, it was all in perfect condition. The entranceway to the building was slightly messy when we arrived, but don’t let that put you off before you reach the flat. *Even though there is space for eight people to sleep here, the host, Antonio, has a limit of seven people at a time*The communal hallway as you enter the building is a bit messy, but fear not – this isn't indicative of the flat itself*The washing machine is off-limits to guests without talking to Antonio first*If the house is full, one person will be on a sofa bed in the living room Air ConditioningBalcony / PatioBlack-Out BlindsBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCarbon Monoxide DetectorCentral...More Details

Packed with curiosities that reflect the eye of a globetrotter, vintage furniture combined with modern staples and a knockout view of St Peter’s Basilica, this home certainly stands out from the crowd. The level of care your host has put into the interior is impressive. Every last detail is considered, from the linens to the layout and the state-of-the-art whirlpool bathtub with colour therapy and audio system. The east-facing balcony is soaked with sunshine in the mornings, so breakfast alfresco and take your time with a cup of coffee. Your apartment is situated in the upmarket Prati district, a ten-minute walk from trendy wine bars, luxe boutiques and gourmet restaurants. Reach the hallowed edifices of Vatican City in thirty minutes by foot or ten minutes by taxi. And the towering Castel Sant'Angelo is a twenty-five-minute walk away or thirteen-minute bus ride. *This home is on the eighth floor with a lift *Your host kindly asks to r...More Details

Located in a narrow street between Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Navona, Kalos is a great home if you want to explore Rome on foot. The insides of this home are immaculate and in spite of mixing several different styles, they create an atmosphere of comfort and luxury. You'll get a beautiful view of the city's skyline from the windows, and if you like an alfresco coffee in the morning, Kalos boasts not one, but two balconies. Take note –three of the five guests will be sleeping in the master bedroom without privacy between the two beds. * There's no lift access to this second-floor home, and there are steps inside as well* We spotted some chipped paint right next to the shower in the second bathroom* At full occupancy, there isn't enough space for everyone to sit on the balconies at the same time*The home isn’t stocked with basic kitchen ingredients or cleaning supplies to get you started * You will need to bring your own toiletries for ...More Details
The symmetry of Castor is almost absolute. The two bedrooms are pretty much identical (except for the bedside lamps) and revolve around the central kitchen. Character perhaps wasn’t at the top of the agenda when the place was designed, but it’s very comfortable and the bathrooms are both very big for Rome. There’s also the bonus of no squabbling over who gets which room – they’re as good as each other. *There isn't a washing machine or an oven*The communal area is quite small, and there's no communal TV*Guests 5 and 6 will be on single sofa beds, one in each bedroom Air ConditioningBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCentral HeatingHair DryerLuxury BeddingMicrowaveMultiple Sets of KeysPets AllowedRain ShowerUmbrellasWelcome HamperWi-fi...More Details
