Family Reunion
An air of quality greets you as you enter Curiosità. It’s well-designed and immaculately kept - you can really tell that the host is proud of this place - from the calming living room to the uncluttered kitchen. The mountains of cushions and the jacuzzi give the apartment a touch of the high-life, and the guest a chance to sit back and luxuriate after a long day. The only thing missing is a balcony, or some other sort of outside space, but making use of that would require tearing yourself away from the massive beds in the first place. *The kitchen is beautiful but it doesn't have an oven*Both bathrooms are ensuite so you'll have to go through a bedroom to reach them*The apartment lacks any outside space*Guests 5 and 6 will be on a sofa bed in the living room and while it could accommodate two children, we think that two adults would be a squeeze*The artwork in the main bedroom is explicit Air ConditioningBathtubBlack-Out BlindsBuzzer ...More Details

Tastefully decorated with a good balance of rustic features and modern furniture, this apartment offers a quietly impressive base in the heart of the eternal city. The living room mixes exposed brickwork and wooden ceiling beams with contemporary wooden flooring and a huge smart TV, while there's even a four-poster bed in one of the bedrooms for guests to argue over. If you don't win that squabble, don't worry — the other two both have ensuite bathrooms and wall-mounted TVs. The location offers the best of both worlds, too. It's not on the main tourist routes, so still retains an element of authentic Roman character. However, some of the city's must-see sights are within easily walkable distance, too. Castel Sant'Angelo is just a seven-minute walk away and the Pantheon only takes ten. *It's sometimes possible to hear noise from the streets*At full occupancy, the seventh and eighth guests will be on a sofa bed*The building has no parkin...More Details

Cascades is an interesting place - functional and modern, with a few features that really set it apart, like the sleek fireplace in the bedroom. There’s also a stunning bathroom with a three-metre-high, chromotherapy-enabled shower. The design might come across as a bit cold, given the expanses of white and the lack of artwork, but the bed is really comfy, and there’s always the home cinema system to keep you entertained.. *While the apartment can theoretically hold four, we think any more than two adults and a child might start to feel a bit cramped*There's lots of white space - stay away if you're after bric-a-brac Air ConditioningBaby BathBlack-Out BlindsBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCarbon Monoxide DetectorCentral HeatingChild FriendlyCoffee MakerCooking EssentialsCot / CribDishwasherDryerExtra Pillows and BlanketsFireplaceFirst Aid KitFree Parking On StreetFreezerFridgeGardenHair DryerHangersHome Cinema SetupIronKitchenKitchen Utensi...More Details

Although In Motion seems like a simple home at first glance, it hides a lot of interesting details. It feels as if the rooms were designed with the guest in mind, so aside from the minimalist essentials, you're left with a lot of space to move around, which helps maximise the natural light as well. But there's another side to this home – the perfectly harmonised colours and the well-curated art prove that it's been designed with care and subtlety. Located next to a tram stop on the ancient Via Flaminia, you'll have easy access to the centre. * There is no coffee machine in this home* There is no elevator to this third-floor home – those with limited mobility or heavy suitcases beware* Four guests can sleep in this home, but the last two will need to settle for the sofa bed in the living room* The bedroom has no natural light unfortunately Air ConditioningBoard GamesBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCarbon Monoxide DetectorCentral HeatingChild...More Details

Any discussion of Savannah has to start with the roof terrace, a little rectangle of serenity nestled in the rooftops of Trastevere. There is furniture up there and even a canopy, so you can relax while hiding from the midday sun. The interior is simple but charming, with a working fireplace in the living room - perfect for those cosy winter nights. The bathroom is a little basic - especially if it’s being shared by four - and it’s worth noting that there is no lift in the building, but otherwise Savannah is a lovely base in Rome's most bohemian neighbourhood. *Get ready for some climbing - there's no lift and the apartment's on the second floor*The stairs to the terrace is quite narrow with a low ceiling*If the apartment receives all four guests, they'll have to share one bathroom Air ConditioningBalconyBlack-Out BlindsBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCarbon Monoxide DetectorCentral HeatingChild FriendlyCoffee MakerCooking EssentialsCot / C...More Details

The quantity of blue on display in Neptune isn’t for the faint-hearted. In all seriousness, it’s this theme that actually elevates the place and makes it unique. It’s certainly small – the lack of a living room isn’t ideal, it’s true – but the decorations, largely inspired by the hosts travels, are all rather tasteful, and contribute to the individuality of the place. The location’s also worth mentioning – it’s not particularly central, but the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano is right there, as is the Egyptian obelisk, which is the largest in the world. *There's no living room – the only communal space is the kitchen*Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms*If you're staying on May Day, be aware that the square is the centre of the festivities in the cities Air ConditioningBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCentral HeatingDishwasherDryerHair DryerIronLift AccessMicrowaveMultiple Sets of KeysNetflixRain ShowerTVWashing MachineWel...More Details
This modern studio apartment in an 18th-century building not only makes a good first impression but continues to reveal more of its charm throughout your stay. Everything is well-considered, from the sleek design to the comfortable furnishings, and from the practical layout to the enviable central location. The home’s footprint is well proportioned and the kitchen being partially separated makes the place feel particularly spacious. The cherry on top is the private balcony – it’s great in the morning with a strong coffee and even better at night with a spritz or two. You’ll find yourself less than a ten-minute walk from the unmistakable Trevi Fountain, virtually next-door neighbours with a modern art gallery and within touching distance of a tempting selection of traditional eateries and cosy bars. *Our taller guests should note the showerhead only goes up to 180cm *There's no lift in the building, so you'll have to climb sixty-six sta...More Details
