While the design of Orpington won’t make your heart flutter, there are other reasons it makes a good spot to stay. It’s a decent size, and the balcony is great for fresh air, even if it isn’t decked out with furniture. Above all though, Orpington is very good value for money, and you’ll struggle to find anything comparable in that budget so close to both CityLife and Sempione Park. *Even though there's a lift to reach the third floor, you'll still have to climb a short flight of stairs*The lamp in the living room is the only source of artificial light in there, and it's also hanging quite low, so watch your head when you stand up*There are no basic ingredients provided, and the kitchen lacks a kettle, toaster and coffee machine*The dishwasher door can come up against a cabinet door which can make opening it a little fiddly Air ConditioningBalconyBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCentral HeatingCoffee MakerCooking EssentialsDishwasherElectrici...More Details

What you see is what you get with Piccolino. It’s a tiny flat, and even having two people staying there might be too many (we have no idea what’s going on with the second bed, but it could be useful for storing suitcases), but what is there is very nice. We’re not talking designer furniture, but if it’s been thought through, as is the case here, there’s nothing necessarily wrong with stocking up at Ikea. The location is super vibrant and design buffs will particularly enjoy it. *You might not get an in-person check-in*There's no air conditioning, oven, or dishwasher*The decision to include a second bed above the first is genuinely perplexing*The main bed is only 140cm by 190cm, so it's not the largest*The shower's also only 190cm high – which should be fine for most, but tall people will notice Buzzer / Wireless IntercomCentral HeatingHair DryerKitchenLift AccessMicrowaveMultiple Sets of KeysNetflixRain ShowerTVWashing MachineWi-fi...More Details
This studio boutique studio apartment may be small, but its central location makes it the perfect home for couples and individuals looking for the independence of an apartment. While the original wooden ceilings and comfortable furniture make it a charming space to relax after a busy day.We would love to begin each morning here by throwing open the doors to the Juliet balcony to enjoy the fresh breeze and the views over the rooftops on offer as we sip a coffee. Then, head out and explore the sights and attractions of Milan. The columns of San Lorenzo are a short two-minute walk away, while the historic Duomo is reachable in fifteen minutes on foot. When it’s time for dinner, the restaurants and bars of Navigli are just nineteen minutes away on public transport. Then, return home for a relaxing night before you do it all again tomorrow. *Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free upon request*This home has a kitchenette with a ...More Details

There’s something about Lily Pads that put us at ease as soon as we arrived. Or rather, there were several things. From Carola’s welcome, to the natural light, to the comfortable bed, the whole place comes together beautifully. It’s calming, and while there aren’t many bold decisions in the design, that’s not a problem. The understated aesthetic is what’s called for in a place like this. In a similar vein, the surrounding streets are largely residential away from the buzz of more central areas. *The lift finishes on the floor below, so you'll have to take the stairs from the third floor to the fourth*Terrestrial TV only – there's unfortunately it's not a smart TV*Two people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room*The bedside lights have a very soft glow, which is soothing but not especially easy to read by Air ConditioningBalconyBlack-Out BlindsBlenderBoard GamesBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCafetiereCarbon Monoxide DetectorCentral He...More Details
