Located just two blocks from Barcelona’s iconic La Sagrada Familia, you’ll find this modern apartment. With three bedrooms, we think this is probably best suited to a family. The neighbourhood is mainly residential, although you can expect tonnes of tourists around Gaudí’s masterpiece, of course. The neighbourhood’s other impressive feature is the Sant Pau Hospital, which was given UNESCO World Heritage status in 1997. Between these two attractions sits Avinguda de Gaudí, where you can find locals stopping for a drink or doing some shopping. What's not to love? *Two of the bedrooms are quite dark*When we visited the Wi-Fi was very slow (only 7Mbps)*The third bedroom has two single beds and is extremely cosy (and by cosy, we mean small) -Hour Front DeskAir ConditioningBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCentral HeatingChild FriendlyCoffee MakerCooking EssentialsCot / CribDishwasherDryerDVD PlayerFridgeHair DryerHangersHigh ChairIronIroning Board...More Details

Ideally situated a short walk from Nova Mar Bella Beach, this apartment is a comfortable base to return to after exploring Barcelona’s coastline. If you need to head into the city proper, Selva de Mar metro station is only five minutes away. When the sofa bed is in use, there’s limited social space in the living area. Fortunately, guests staying here have access to a furnished, communal roof terrace – perfect for relaxing with a tipple in the sunshine. *Parking in Barcelona can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible. *At capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.*If you’ll be staying with a little one, your host can provide a cot upon request.*As this home is located in a residential building, noise must be kept to a minimum from 9pm.*This home is lacking homely touches, so we think it's better suited to business travellers and quick trips.
