This home is a rare gift – a townhouse with a private pool in the heart of Pollensa Old Town. It’s a short stroll from the town’s buzzing bars, restaurants and shops, and the hiking and biking trails into the Tramuntana Mountains. The pool is more like a plunge pool than a spot to swim laps, but it’s the perfect tonic to the Mallorcan heat. The ground floor features a modern kitchen with a dining area opening straight to the pool terrace, as well as a separate lounge area perfect for relaxing. On the first floor, a shaded terrace looks out over the rooftops to the mountains. *This townhouse has twisting internal stairs to the bedrooms, so would not suit those with limited mobility.*The swimming pool is quite small, but it is a rarity this central in town.
