Its a 3lDK (67.5m2) apartment, which is on the 16th floor. 2 minutes from the station. Very convenient for anything and everything. Ogikubo Station has 4 lines, which is very convenient to get to most places, JR Chuo/Sobu, and metro Marunochi /Tosai lines. It takes 10 minutes to Shinjuku. looking for someone Friendly, Responsible, Mature, Neat, and Tidy (non-smoking, no parting). The apartment is well maintained and has good security. All rooms have good sunshine and a good view. Very quiet environment. I take a refundable deposit. Depending on the length of your stay, one months notice or rent if you leave before the contract is over. I have hosted people from Australia, Austria, France, Japan, Singapore , South Africa and Turkey through other sites since 2016. And a girl from the Netherlands through Homestay.com. I am pretty much new to this site About me I am Juanella but most people call me Jean. I have been living in Japan for the past 35 years. I have one daughter who is living in the UK right now. I teach at High School and I have private classes at home. I love cleaning but cooking not so much. My hobby is going to Japanese festivals. I have been hosting people from other sites since 2016 and with Homestay since September 2023. I have made good memories with most of them. I am allergic to PERFUME, TOBACCO & MIlK.
