I am Rosemary, I offer my guest room with private bathroom en suite, located in the garden. It consists of a double standart with air conditioning (hot-cold), cable TV and WIFI available 24 hours, free of charge. Guests have free access to the (fully equipped) kitchen and other areas of the house such as terrace. The neighborhood is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and museums and the nearby pedestrian area full of shops and travel agencies. I am 64 years old and I like gardening and travel. I speak acceptable English. The maid (once a week) has no extra charge. A requirement can be offered laundry / breakfast.
