We live in a very nice, quiet and safe home in laguna Niguel, just 3 miles from the ocean. Pam is a Teacher and Professional Tutor, she has 2 Certified California Teaching Credentials for English and Teaching Reading. She also has a Masters Degree, in Special Education. Your HomeStay with us includes 10 hours per week of one-on-one English instruction from Beginner to Advanced levels. This is included in the price without any extra charge. We have professional curriculum for each level. In our home we have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an out door patio, spa and BBQ. We enjoy a very large kitchen and family room. Very comfortable and relaxing. We do not have any pets. Our 3 children have all graduated from Universities and have their own homes nearby. We have hosted many international students and visitors in the past. There is no smoking inside our home. We enjoy BBQ, cooking, baking and enjoying the beautiful scenery and climate here in Orange County, CA. We live 60 miles south of los Angeles and 60 miles North of San Diego. We have a trail that goes from our house directly to the beach.
