This cottage in South Devon, close to the South West Coast Path and only a ten-minute drive from Mothecombe Beach, is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Outside, there’s a garden for alfresco dining in the sunshine, and your host provides access to a shared meadow, orchard and play area – ideal if you have the little ones in tow. After long hikes through the surrounding countryside, we recommend making a beeline for the freestanding tub before curling up in front of the wood-burning stove.

*Due to the location of this home, we recommend having a car for ease of getting around. Parking for one car is available on the premises.
*The bunk bed in the second bedroom is for children only.
*Guests staying here have access to a shared orchard, a play area, and a wildflower meadow (in the summer months).
*Your host can arrange access to a tennis court, which can be pre-booked for an hour at a time. Please bring your own rackets and balls.
*If you’ll be staying with a little one, your host can provide a cot and a high chair upon request.
*You might find that the phone signal is patchy from time to time.
