MH06: Modern 2 bed,2 bath villa in Mojon Hills with sea views and roof terrace

This delightful 2 bed villa is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable long stay in the resort of Mojon Hills.

The villa has an open plan living area, with a sofa and chaise, ideal for lounging inside away from the heat of the sun! There is ample seating, TV and an ipod docking station to help entertain.

The dining area is just off the kitchen, with sturdy dining table and seating for 6. The kitchen is recently fitted and has all new white goods, oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. For keen cooks, the villa comes fully equipped for a self catering, however if the mood takes you, why not wander down to the nearby village of Isla Plana with bars, cafés and restaurants.

There are 2 bedrooms at the villa, a double room with en suite shower room, and a twin bedroom ideal for children. There is also a second bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning for the summer months, which also acts as heating in the cooler winter months via the control panel.

Externally there is a terrace for taking in the sea views to the front of the property, which is just opposite the communal pool. To the rear of the villa stairs lead up to the solarium, where sun loungers await you as you soak up both the sun and the stunning views over the resort and the bay of Mazarrón beyond.

The garden is laid to easy maintenance gravel, and there is space for one car to park off the road in the villa´s driveway.

The communal pool is large and has a safe childrens area and a spa. Surrounded by grass and with showers, the pool is for use of the residents only and is gated. Access is via key.

Mojon Hills is a resort close to the beaches of Isla Plana. The village itself has a bakery, fishmongers and general store, plus several bars and restaurants. In high season a beach bar operates at Playa La Isla. The bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance.

Just 5 minutes drive away is the resort of Puerto de Mazarrón, with a larger selection or bars and entertainment, scuba diving,sailing and more. the lovely new marina here is well worth a visit.

The villa is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Murcia, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy! Pets allowed at owner´s discretion and smoking allowed on terrace only. Aircon runs by card meter with 10€ credit included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from local management company.

Villa is booked for summer rentals in july and august. It is available for 5 month rental from 1st of september 2019 until 31 st of january 2020.

Villa is booked from 1st of february 2020 until 31 st of march 2020.

From 1st of april 2020 available for longer let up to 11 months contracts.
