Large 4 bedroom semi-detached villa, full of light and fresh breeze all day long. Peaceful and family friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, beachclubs and supermarkets. Just a 5 minute drive to Marbella. Fantastic community pools, padle courts and childrens play area. Great for family holidays or couple's gettaway! Relax and chill out in the garden while listening to nature and the water fountain or have a nice bbq with friends in the patio 'til sundown. Enjoy magnificent mountain views from the masterbed terrace. Have a drink and play pool in the basement or take a nice stroll to the olive orchard just 200m away. If you really want to disconnect from the busy city life, but still want all amenities close by, this is your vacation home. Walk to the Playa Real Zaragoza beach and enjoy food and drinks at the chiringuitos. The house has a private car park and also easy parking on the street.
Nearest Airports: Malaga, 40 km | Gibraltar, 100 km
Security deposit is 500€ per stay and will be returned within 7 days after departure. Minimum stay period is 5 nights. All reservations must be fully paid by bank transfer or paypal to block calendar, otherwise it is considered tentative and the calendar remains open.
