Golf courses such as Santa Maria are only 500 meters from the house and further courses such as Santa Clara and Marbella Golf course are within a few kilomters drive.
As you enter the main entrance gate and walk up to the villa you can instantly feel the tranquillity and peace of the area. The well maintained gardens inhabit numerous lemon trees, olive trees, cacti and flowers. The large private pool is 110sq meters and has sun beds for everyone to enjoy those lazy days by the pool.
The villa has plenty to offer and between the 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 independent terraces, one with barbecue; 3 distinct zones avoids large families from feeling like they are cramped or on top of each other. The layout of the house offers plenty of space and privacy, but it must be noted that 2 bedrooms are connected meaning that one passes by one to reach the other one, unless to pass by the garden for one.
There is a covered garage available for guests as well as ample parking spaces at the entrance of the house on private land and an electric gate at the entrance of the property.
If you are looking to enjoy sports other than golf you are only 1km to the Don Carlos Tennis club and also close to Pinomar Padel club. You are only 2,5km to on of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Del Sol and are two golf courses within 1 km of the villa. With many restaurants along the beach and amenities close by you are ideally located to enjoy all that the fruits that Marbella has to offer right on your doorstep.
