This recently refurbished 4 bedroom villa is tucked away in the quiet Urbanization of EL Rosario. With fantastic sea and mountain views that can be enjoyed from all areas of the house it is the perfect holiday home for those who want to unwind and relax. The villa offers a spacious outdoor area and the villa itself is on a plot of 1600 m2. Within a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the center of El Rosario where you can enjoy your morning breakfast at Mamas Bakery or afternoon lunch at El Rosarios restaurant.
The outside area is perfect for hosting evening BBQs and lounging by the pool. The outside Kitchen and gazebo area is the perfect place for congregating for those evening Al Fresco meals.
As you enter into the villa there is an open plan living and dining area with direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances such as induction stove, wine fridge, large American fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The large island in the middle provides plenty of space to prepare meals or to relax with a cup of your morning coffee. From the kitchen you can directly access the terrace where you can relax on the sofas and take in the beautiful sea views.
The terrace area on this level of the house is partly grass and partly tiled, it covers the southern, western and a bit on the northern side of the villa which means you can enjoy sun and shade.
Going up to the first floor you have the large master bedroom suite with private balcony. From the balcony you can see as far as Gibraltar on a clear day. The bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and wash.
Going down the steps to the lower level of the villa you will find the o 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The larger bedroom has 2 double beds of 1.50 * 2.00 and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bathroom with bathtub is to be shared by the other two bedrooms.
The villa has satellite television and air conditioning in all of the bedrooms.
This villa is the ideal villa if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun. You can take a walk along the beach to the west and along the beach, you find all kind of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Check out Bonos Beach or South Beach with live entertainment throughout summer holidays.
You are only a short distance to old Town of Marbella where you can get a real taste for Spanish culture. Enjoy walking down the old cobblestone roads and enjoying a cana with the locals. Within a 15 minute drive you will be at the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where you can shop in high-end designer shops, charter exclusive yachts, rent fast cars or enjoy the night life of discotheques and bars.
