Luxury, modern and fully renovated to a high standard, this villa has 4 bedrooms and a private garden, steps to the communal pool and 5 minutes to the beach.

Both bathrooms have fantastic showers, one is traditional Andalucian style and one is modern and bright. One bedroom on the first floor has it's own large private sun terrace with sun loungers and and views over the garden. The Master bedroom next door has its own bath tub and wash basins in the bedroom.
The communal swimming pool is a few steps from the house all set in gated gardens and just for the use of Villas Jazmin residents.
The property is walking distance to all the local amenities and the beach is a 5 minute walk and close by Salduna chiringuito beach restaurant.
