Additionally, due to its modern fittings, the residential apartment offers you air conditioning, direct heating and a parking space in the underground car park.
The property is very few minutes away from the famous La Croisette. Luxury shops, restaurants, bars, private beaches and even a surfing school, in order to engage your children, if required, are reachable by foot. Also, within less than 5 minutes walking distance you reach pharmacy, postal office, supermarket, bakery and a hairdresser.
Another positive aspect is the great infrastructure and the connection to the highway. Therefore it also allows you to reach the Nice Côte d’Azur Airport in less than 40 minutes.
Cannes is famous for its Film festival, Mipim, Yachtshow, fireworks and so much more and you are just in front of all these.
