The complex is situated right next to the ski runs at the Studenets area in Pamporovo, forming an alternative center. The furnishing of the apartments holds small variations, mainly in the colors and forms of furniture, whilst the functionality is equal everywhere and designed according to requirements and standards of the tour-operators.
All apartments are heated individually and on electricity, including the baths. The guests find the apartments pre-heated. The fireplace can be made up for additional payment, also for a certain hour according to the guests preferences.
The apartments are cleaned daily, towels and bed linen are changed twice a week.
