AZ01- 2 Bed Apt in San Gines, La Azohia, Roof Terrace, Close to beach
Located in El Pinar de San Gines, La Azohia, this two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is well equipped and has a large private rooftop solarium with sea and mountain views.
A generous sized table and chairs on the rooftop solarium allows you to have lots of lovely lunches and dining, and is a pleasure not to be missed. The solarium is an ideal spot to watch the sunsets with a glass of local wine.The solarium has also sunloungers and a pergola to sit in the shade.
The accommodation comprises: Living Room with large compfortable sofa , dining table with 4 chairs, Spanish and German TV. Wi-Fi is also available and free of charge. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. The main bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has twin beds.
The bathroom has a bath with shower.
There is airconditioning and heating throughout the apartment which runs on a card meter system and 10 euros credit is included per booking. More cards can be bought on arrival from our local staff if needed.
There is a communal pool. The area is ideal for families, romantic breaks, walking, nature, diving or cycling holidays. The beach is just a 3 minutes walk away.
Pets are allowed at this property. Smoking is not allowed, on terraces only.
