This lovely three-bedroom house with furnished terrace is perfectly fit for six (plus two sofas). It features free WiFi, air conditioning and cable LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, while the fully equipped kitchen comes with dining area. The house has two private bathrooms with shower.
Hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing facilities are provided.

Numerous beautiful beaches in the neighbourhood and picturesque coves of Rasotica, Zukovik, Radovnja, Studena, Zvirje and Spilice with the crystal clear sea make Sumartin one of the most popular tourist destinations on the island. Even the most demanding gourmands will be impressed by the fresh fish, home-made olive oil, cheese and wines of Sumartin.
This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. The house is located only few minutes walk away from the nearest beach. Restaurants and bars can be found in only 150 meters range. Grocery store can be reached within 50 meters.
The south side of the eastern coast of Brac hides a small sailors` village Sumartin. In the village there is a Church and Franciscan monastery of St. Martin after which the place got its name together with a beautiful stone bell tower.
There is an everyday car ferry to Makarska from the village.
The bus stop and ferry is located 50 m away form the property, while Brac Airport is located 20 km away.
