Beautiful basement apartment can be found in the colony of family houses in Zahradní Mesto in Prague district of Zábehlice. This quiet locality offers plenty of parks, one is right in front of the house, another park with children's playground is a two-minute walk away. For long walks, you can go to Hostivar Nature Park, which connects to Botic-Milicov Natural Park. Forests of Hostivar hide a water dam of the same name, where you can bathe or just relax on the beach in summer.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. Bus stops 195, 901, 906 and 959 are three minutes away. Tram lines 22, 26, 97 and 99 and bus lines 101, 138, 175 and 177 can be reached within a a six-minute walk. The city center is a half-hour drive away.
