Located only 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and bars, it will be hard to find a better location for a villa holiday in Madeira.

The lounge is a relaxation oasis with it`s comfortable sofas and chairs, flat screen cable TV and DVD player. With floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding windows, the lounge is fresh and bright with views that are unforgettable. The reading room has the peculiarity of being able to be transformed into a bedroom, with a very comfortable and practical fold-out double bed. In the rear corner of the lounge, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, is a rectagular dining table that seats 8. The whole groung floor opens out onto the south facing terrace where you will find the swimming pool and outdoor seating and dining. Perfect for a dining al fresco experience by the pool.

Area activities:
Garajau is a small coastal village close to Caniço, east of Funchal. Local attractions include the imposing Cristo Rei statue, which gazes across the Atlantic. Take a bracing walk along the Ponta da Garajau headland, which boasts spectacular views of the Desertas Islands on a clear day.
Within a 5 minute walk there are a number of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. There is also a beauty salon, gift shop, supermarket, dry cleaners and greengrocers. A truly great location. Funchal is only a 10 minute drive away.

There is secure parking facilities for up to 2 cars. Although not essential, as in most villas, a hire car is recommended.
