Our beautiful, comfortable, sunny and bright two-room apartment is in a perfect position in the best part of the city, 10-15 minutes walking distance from the old part of the city, the beach, the ferry port.
It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay in Split.


The entire apartment is available only for you. It is ideal for 4 people.
The apartment is air-conditioned, has fast and free Wi-Fi,
Flat TV with more than 50 international channels,
a bedroom with a comfortable double bed,

living room with a sofa that can easily be converted into a bed,
fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and necessary dishes for preparing meals.

It's enough to leave the apartment and in a few minutes you're on the bus :) You don't need transport to move around the city. Everything is very close, and if you like to walk, even too close.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND RULES OF STAY:

The number of people in the apartment must always be identical to the number stated in the reservation and the Rental Agreement, regardless of the total capacity of the property itself. All people staying in the apartment must be properly registered. Overnight stays by unregistered guests, as well as subletting of the accommodation, are not permitted.
It is important to note: if the rental is for 30 DAYS OR LONGER , the maximum number of people in the apartment is limited to TWO (2) PEOPLE.
Violation of these rules will be considered a serious breach of the rental agreement, which gives us the right to immediately terminate the reservation with the retention of the entire rental amount.
