Welcome to the ground floor apartment of our lovely and lovingly restored traditional townhouse, on the waterfront (30 m. from the sea - with an unobstructed view all day long) at the quiet end of Poros town. We've kept all the charm of this traditional townhouse from the 1880s, with its spacious veranda, and added amenities - new kitchen and bathroom with a shower for 2, relaxing bedroom with comfy bed (see the sea from bed!), wifi, AC, and more.
The apartment is perfect for couples – intimate and comfortable, a traditional space with a clean new feel and sea views from every window. It is also a wonderful getaway for a person seeking peace and quiet in intimate surroundings. There is a small desk, perfect for a laptop (wifi connection included), positioned so you can enjoy a wonderful sea view while writing or working.
Sitting at the table in the veranda for a morning coffee, yogurt or salad, Greek style, as well as for dinner or wine, watching the sun set; watching the colors of the sea change throughout the day - shades of blue and turquoise, sometimes shimmering or sparkling; seeing the sunset and sunrise watercoloring the sky - these are experiences you will take with you forever,

The house is located on a tiny square in the quiet Pounda neighborhood of Poros Town, yet next door to a supermarket, many cafes and restaurants, and only a 7 minute walk from the ferry dock.
There is no need to climb to reach the house, since it is located on the sea promenade, yet is quiet, as it is close to the edge of Poros town (5-minute walk from the very center of town).
Free parking is always available in front of the house, and a car rental agency close by, but most people prefer to get around using a scooter. There is a free bus service both around the small island (Poros town) and large island, with its beautiful natural beauty - beaches and amazing pine forests, breathtaking views and tiny villages.
