My team and I have been renting for over 10 years for us it is important that everyone feels at home Maria Elena will you be prosecute in all help and of course serve a rich breakfast. The apartment is located in the heart of Havana. Both the Malecon, as well as the Old Town and other attractions, including the Capitol, are within walking distance in a few minutes. The air-conditioned apartment has 4 bedrooms: 1 room with 3 beds, 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 single bed. Each of the 4 rooms has a private, modern bathroom with good water pressure .. In addition to stylish rooms, there is a large kitchen with direct access to the balcony. On the spacious balcony, with views of the Galliano-road, on which also is the famous Casa de la Musica, can be excited to watch the bustle of the Cubans. We are looking forward to your visit

Die Zimmer waren für Kuba-Verhältnisse sehr gepflegt und modern. Das Frühstück, dass wir dazu genommen haben war sehr lecker und grosszüzig. Die junge Dame, die uns bedient hat war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der einzige Nachteil war die Lautstärke unterhalb des Apartments. Nicht nur wegen den Autos sondern vor allem wegen den Leuten, die mitten in der Nacht Lärm machten. Das wussten wir aber schon vornherein und die Zimmer waren bereits mit Ohrstöpsel ausgestattet.

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral, die Zimmer waren groß und alles war sehr sauber. Der Balkon hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft, einzig die sehr lauten Geräusche von der Straße haben gestört.

Voor ons was het een prettig verblijf. Zeer schone slaap- en badkamer en ook een zeer goed verzorgd ontbijt. De B&B beschikt over een grote eetkamer en een mooi buitenterras. Het is op loopafstand van de Malecón en Old Havana.

Zenia's is a lovely apartment, and she has a team of great people who look after you. The rooms are clean and fresh. It's in a fascinating but rather shocking area full of lovely buildings in a state of sad dilapidation - but it's the Havana of many ordinary people. Very near the Malecon and hotels with easy wifi. We were really cared for and had a great time there.

The bedroom was clean, comfortable and looked very well maintained. The house location is great, we've walked everywhere. The host Maria Elena was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

We stayed in the Casa Zenia for 3 nights. Overall the experience was good. The greeting was very good, The house was clean and well maintained. The AC was quite and the apartment had a very nice balcony. The rooms were as described and each one had its own Shower and bathroom. every morning breakfast was served, fresh fruits, fresh juice, eggs and Jam. Very nice to get your day started as trust me you will not find too much to eat outside. The location is very central, just 5min walk to the capitol and 5min to sea walk. However, there were some bad sides. First, none of the host specks English, which makes the communication very difficult. Second, the 2 rooms on the corner of the Casa are VERY VERY noisy. As the corner of the street is bike taxi stop, there are a lot of people shouting and traffic all the way to the late hours of the night. So I don't recommend the rooms on the left on the corner of the Casa. Third, is that on the homestay.com the phone number to call was actually the Swiss number of the host, which I realized in Cuba, as I was trying to contact the host to update her to my arrival time. I would recommend this Casa as everything was great but the noise of the street.

La casa era cómoda, acogedora, con buenas instalaciones y estaba muy limpia. Todas las habitaciones tienen cuarto de baño independiente. También tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores. Jijy nos ha atendido muy amablemente.

My friend and I requested to stay at Casa Zenia Yamila, however as we took too long to confirm our booking we missed our opportunity. Instead, the hosts got in touch and offered us a room at Casa Zenia Siglo nearby for the same price. The casa was lovely, well furnished, modern, air conditioned, with a clean, decent bathroom, comfortable living area and a lovely terrace. We were also served a tasty breakfast every morning. The casa is well-located, about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Habana Vieja. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the casa!
