Great outlook and location next to Heron Park on boarder of Waterview/Avondale and Centrally located, only 10 min's to CBD by car or taxi, 5 min's to Uni-tech, 20 minutes to Airport. Public transport almost outside front door and only a 1 minute walk to bus and about 10 minute walk to train station. NOTE: Sky Multi Room (Cable) is also installed in spare room so you can watch and record your own TV shows. The bedrooms are downstairs, they are tidy and clean and right next to each other, one room has a Queen Size bed with electric blanket, bedside table and built in wardrobe, the 2nd room has a TV, Sofa and built in wardrobe, there is also a heater and fan available. The bathroom is right next to both rooms (which I might add has awesome mains pressure in shower). Total required to rent rooms: *Daily Rental: First day rent in advance + a $150 bond. *1 - 2 Week Rental: First weeks rent in advance + a $200 bond. *3 Weeks+ Rental: First weeks rent in advance + a $300 bond.
