My home is a 3 bedroom house in Dagenham- East London with close proximity to 2 underground train stations, Dagenham Heathway and Dagenham East (District Line), both within 15 minutes walk. Easy access to Central London, there are also many places of interest to visit within the area- e.g Merrielands Retail Park, East Thames Plaza, Lake district shopping centre, , Stratford Station, Olympic Park, Southend on Sea for a day out at the beach, and North Greenwich for the 02 arena. I am happy to let for short term tenancy initially, it can then be renewed if appropriate , or daily or weekly as required There is an open plan kitchen, newly with modern appliances. There is garden at the back and a drive way in front of the house. There is also wheelchair access to the front of the property,. Street parking is not available. My children lives close by and my grandchildren visit periodically. The language mainly spoken is English, unless when friends visit, and then I will revert to my native language. Check in time is from 15.00 -21.00 and check out is 12.00 . 36 hours notice is required from booking to check in. Any questions please send me a message.
