The Gekko lodge is a three bedroom house situated in the quiet community of Patience (Pronounced Pass-Yance) in the district of Micoud on the East Coast of the Island. The lodge is fully furnished. All the bedrooms have queen/double size beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room. local community is very friendly and helpful. Because it is located in the heart of rural St. lucia, the Gekko lodge gives you the chance to experience true St. lucian culture. You are able to chill out and mingle at the local rum shop over a glass of our legendary St. lucian rum. You can have a swim in the nearby river, and experience a local river picnic with roasted breadfruit, plantains and salt fish. In the evenings you may also enjoy a game of dominoes and sample authentic St. lucian cuisine at a local restaurant all just a stone throw from the lodge.
