We are a couple living in a big house in lavasan. Only 15 minutes' drive from Shahid Mahallati station on metro line3, lavasan is an affluent little town located over the eastern mountains of Tehran packed with beautiful mountain views, scenic country roads, clean air, and jaw-dropping luxurious houses. Some Iranians even call lavasan the Beverly Hills or Switzerland of Tehran and evidently, it is the safest neighborhood in the capital. Our house has five floors. People living here are me, my family, our janitor, and his family. Our house has both back yard and front yard gardens, an indoor private swimming pool and a huge terrace with a gorgeous view of the hills and Jajrood River. The 80 square meters Studio Flat that we are offering is located on the second floor and has its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one double bed, one sofa bed and a separate entrance with easy access to the backyard garden. The Flat also includes the following amenities: WIFI, TV, Air Conditioning, Heating, Hairdryer, bath towels, Iron, First Aid Kit, Shampoo, liquid soap, stove, Microwave, refrigerator, bed linens, stove and a Free Parking on-premises. I work in a shipping agency and my wife is an IT manager in a big company and a part-time fashion designer. We love traveling and learning about different cultures also reading and discussing a great book or an article. We love watching movies and listening to different genres of music. We are very sociable and outgoing. During weekends and holidays, we usually have gatherings with our friends at the house. We cook every night. Usually, it is a big bowl of tasty salad and a low carb meal but we also make great foreign/Iranian dishes and I love to barbeque. We have been passionately exploring Tehran and its suburbs in the past few years and would love to help you get the best experience while you are here. We also provide daily tours for the historic central Tehran and the Grand Bazaar. After some explorations and sightseeing in the heart of Tehran, you can escape from all that hustle and bustle & come back here and freshen up with swimming in the pool and sunbathing. You can also enjoy your evening chilling in the balcony/garden, go to karting, go for hiking in the countryside, explore lavasan and dine in one of fine restaurants/cafes in the area, enjoy cooking a meal with your family or hang out and dine with us. Please note that you can easily use public transportation to get to our house but if it is too much trouble, we can provide or arrange your daily transportation to/from Tehran.
