I highly recommend renting a room Tim is a sensational kind owner. The room is very pleasant, clean with a large comfortable bed, everything was prepared for my arrival as it should be and I will definitely use it if there is such an opportunity - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We spent a night at Tim and while we didn't have a lot of time to chat due to our schedules, he is very kind and inviting, he offered us coffee and I wish we had more time to know each other. This will definitely be my choice of booking next time I need to spend the night in Breda.

Made sure everything was perfect, and offered helpful schedule to coordinate shared use of facilities. Better accessibility than 95% of the rest from my learned experience of its prime location to get around!merci;)

I had a great time, Tim is an extremely nice, helpful and friendly host. The house is spotless, tidy and very welcoming. in addition, the proximity to the station makes it ideal for those like me who travel by train. My next time in Breda I will definitely stop by Tim.
