Welcome to old Berlin
15 sqm basic room in a simple and quaint apartment in an old building. No luxury but cozy and friendly. Informal and relaxed atmosphere. The permanent residents are a female student and myself, retired architect and photographer. My two young daughters are in the flat several times a week, occasionally also my grandchildren. Sometimes we cook and eat together, or we simply share a glass of wine in relaxed conversation. German and Spanish are spoken at home. Other languages we can communicate in are English, Portuguese and Italian.
