Hello! We have a single room available in our family home. It is bright and airy with access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. We are a family of four - myself, my partner Alan and our two boys, Casper and Felix. We also have a dog and a cat. I am a nurse and Alan is a tree surgeon. There is free wifi and lots of roadside parking nearby. There are good public transport links to Barnstaple or Tiverton - both of which are within 30 minutes drive by car. South Molton is on the edge of Exmoor National Park and is also close to the beaches on the North Devon Coast. In town there is a supermarket, petrol station and several smaller shops. There are also two gyms, a few pubs and restaurants/cafes.
