Hello, I'm Yuko living in Ashikaga city. My house is old Japanese style and very relaxing. You can enjoy rich nature and temples also restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. I work part time but I'd like to help you learn Japanese and share some Japanese culture in my free time. I love traveling and learning languages and I've got incredible experience in different countries. This homestay experience definitely exceeded all of my expectations! Yuko and her family were very welcoming and graciously included me in their family's New Years traditions. Every day was filled with sightseeing in Ashikaga and neighboring cities, Japanese lessons, cafe hopping, and home cooked meals. Not only did Yuko teach me Japanese in the form of structured lessons, but she also taught me throughout each day with casual conversation. I was learning so much every day and now I feel a lot more comfortable conversing in Japanese. The stay itself was comfortable and clean. The Japanese-styled home is beautiful and filled with mementos of Yuko's travels around the world. All of the daily necessities were provided and Yuko was available to help if anything else was needed. ??????????? ! : )
