Homestay Valladolid is our house located between the vallsur shopping center and the CDO Covaersa sports center, and we offer different types of rooms. It is a 600 m2 penthouse with different rooms fully equipped with underfloor heating, refrigerated floors in summer, 600 megabytes internet, with terraces, swimming pool, paddle court, common areas, living room, dining room, games area with billiards in one of the best Valladolid areas. Next to the Zorrilla promenade, Vallsur shopping center with Carrefour supermarket, shops, cinemas, restaurants.... Next to the CDO Covaresa sports center with all kinds of activities, swimming pools, spa, ice skating rink. The room has a 90-meter bed and a trundle bed underneath, a study table and armchair, an area to hang clothes, shelves, television, cable internet and 600-megabyte Movistar Wi-Fi. Shared bathroom with the room next door. Radiant heating 24 hours a day. Right to kitchen with numbered cabinets for each room with everything you need to cook and eat.
