Guten Tag and welcome to my little slice of paradise! I'm offering a cozy room with a bed, a desk, and a closet - perfect for a change of scenery. (I mean the room, not the closet. Although, if you're feeling adventurous, I won't judge.) The bed is big enough for two - or three if you're feeling cuddly. Just let me know if you're planning to bring friends so I can break out the extra blankets and pillows. You'll have full access to my shared kitchen, but please keep it super tidy because I'm a bit of a neat freak and I like to keep things clean. (My husband has his own kitchen because, well, he's got some quirks too.) The two of us have our own rooms upstairs, so we can retreat for some quiet time when we need it. When we're feeling sociable, we love to relax in the living room, which we share with you and sometimes other friends who might crash on our couch. The garden is also a beautiful space we love to share with guests, where we've got fresh herbs for cooking or making tea. And if you're lucky, we might fire up the sauna for a little extra heat. My husband and I both work and enjoy traveling, so we might not be around during the week, but we're always up for a chat or a glass of wine when we are. We both speak English and German fluently, and can also communicate fairly well in French and Spanish. And if all else fails, we're not afraid to use hand gestures, pantomime, and laughter to communicate with each other and our guests. We're excited to meet all sorts of unique and interesting people - that's why we can't wait to get to know you!
