Welcome to my charming and contemporary home, located at the end of a lovely and quiet cul-de-sac. The house is just over 2100 square feet, offering a spacious living room, a large family room, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen if needed. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and convenient on-site laundry access. Your private room is beautifully decorated, featuring a plush, brand new single bed, a closet, and a desk. The room boasts a large window with a view of the cul-de-sac and, on clear days, the stunning Olympic Mountains. Our large fenced backyard is perfect for relaxation and activities, with fruit trees and a big trampoline to keep you active. I work for the government and live in a neighborhood that is conveniently located across major bus routes, near schools, UVIC, the Gordon Head Recreation Centre, and various shopping options including grocery stores. The beach is just 5 minutes away, and there is plenty of street parking available. Guests can easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants, and the bus routes provide direct access to downtown, UVIC, shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theatres. My home is a peaceful place to stay, and I strive to make my guests feel like they are at a home away from home. I hope each guest has a wonderful experience in my city. If you're interested, I would be happy to offer a guided tour of the city and show you around. As an ambivert, I enjoy the best of both worlds—being social and having quiet time. I love engaging in brief, friendly conversations with my guests, but I also respect their need for space and privacy.
