Lovely to meet you and welcome to our home. We live in the house with our son. So, it's just the three of us. I am a clinical Hypnotherapist and MSc Neuroscience student. My wife is an Artist and hosts educational art classes for children. You will discover urban luxury in our quiet, sunny, ground-floor modern double bedroom with an attached bathroom and private entrance. Work seamlessly at the ergonomic desk and chair with excellent Wi-Fi, good soundproofing, luxury underfloor heating and a private entrance. Free off-street parking, (subject to confirmation and availability). Your perfect homestay, where every detail spells relaxation and sophistication. Enjoy this spacious and serene space. We are situated down a quiet dead-end residential street just over the bridge from a large shopping centre where you can find supermarkets (Asda, M&S Food, Lidl), a discount designer shop (TKMaxx), electrical (Curry's PC World) and coffee shops and restaurants (Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Nando's, Pizza Hut etc). Just a 20-minute walk to Mill Road, a popular high street with an eclectic mix of ethnic and fresh produce. For active visitors, families and children there are plenty of playgrounds, and open spaces for walks, runs and sporting activities. Just 2 miles from Cambridge city centre. 15 mins by public transport, 11 mins by bike or get a Taxi around the clock. Kitchen access is limited - please discuss your needs and we'll come to an arrangement. But we welcome you to join us for breakfast and even optional dinner - we cook a wide range of international and British food (we particularly like preparing Italian, Mediterranean, Asian food. After many years of travelling, living and working abroad in regions such as South Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, we have experienced many cultures and therefore enjoy hosting international guests. We provide a professional and comfortable stay and offer, on request, meals and laundry services.
