Ideal accommodation for one to three people. Easy access from street level. Private front entrance and separate from house. Great location close to parade of shops, parks, library and woods. On main bus route to town, leisure centre, Central park and transport hubs (10 mins). Panoramic view and newly furnished and decorated to a high standard with all utensils and mod cons. Separate small kitchen and shower room. Please pay using PayPal. You will need to make two separate payments. One for the room and one as a deposit in advance if your staying. The deposit will be 15% of the room fee and will usually be refunded. Please no last-minute cancellations. I will take the deposit 48 hrs beforehand. Please do not hesitate to request cooked £9 or a £5 light breakfast which will be additional.
