This home located in the downtown of a small city called Pittsburg. It is a 10 min walk to the Pittsburg marina and is surrounded by parks, community events, and schools ensuring maximum safety. This home is only a 15 minute drive from the Concord and Brentwood shopping centers and only about 20 minutes from DVC college if you're a student hoping to study there. This residence is home to a 3 person family, a mother, daughter, and son as well as having 3 pets; 2 small dogs and 1 cat. The guests room is on the bottom floor right next to the bathroom for convenient use (not personal) and it as its own mirrored closet with a queen size bed. We have a swimming pool, backyards lounging area, home gym, and back yard fire pit all for recreational use. The family living here is fluent in both Spanish and English, as well as the son is studying Japanese.
