Our peaceful home in Okehampton is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers, with stunning moorland, woodland trails, and charming country pubs just minutes away. You'll have access to shared living spaces, a quiet garden, fast fibre WiFi, and the option of a simple breakfast on request. We're warm, welcoming hosts—happy to share local tips or give you space to relax and enjoy your retreat. Your room is bright and comfortable, with blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. Just across the hall is your private bathroom, with a full bath and over-bath shower. There's a tea and coffee station in the bedroom, and we provide enough to get you started. You'll also find soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet roll, bed linens and towels all provided—so you can settle in and relax straight away. A light self-service breakfast is included— usually simple staples like cereal, toast, fruit, tea and coffee to start your day. Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, unwind in the living room, and enjoy the garden seating area—perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening wind-down. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for £3 per load. Fast fibre WiFi is included. If you need to work during your stay, we can offer a dedicated office space on request—just check with us when booking, as we often work from home ourselves. We also offer secure bike storage in the garage and free parking is available. Our home is in a quiet part of Okehampton, with beautiful country and woodland walks just moments away. Dartmoor's trails are right on your doorstep, and Okehampton's town centre—with pubs, shops and cafés—is just a 5-minute drive. The train station is also 5 minutes away, with direct hourly links to Exeter.
