Welcome to my two-storey French-inspired home in sunny East Auckland, New Zealand. Situated in a very safe suburb with a charming village nearby that offers all the essentials, my home is perfect for families, individuals, or travellers seeking a peaceful retreat. You'll find my home conveniently close to stunning beaches with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. The Half Moon Bay Marina is just a quick five-minute drive away, providing easy access to daily ferry rides to picturesque Waiheke Island or bustling Auckland City. A bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from my home, offering access to nearby supermarkets, shopping mallsâ€”including Botany Town Centre and Sylvia Park, Auckland's largest shopping mallsâ€”and the vibrant city centre. Inside my home, alongside your comfortable room, you'll find a welcoming shared lounge area with a cosy fireplace, TV, and outdoor space. For your convenience, I offer airport pickup for a small fee of $40 NZD to ensure your arrival is as seamless as possible, especially if navigating public transport seems daunting. Please note that I have two friendly cats who are used to having guests, and I kindly request that my home remains smoke-free. It was a great experience staying with Jewel for three weeks. She was very kind and cute lady. Always caring for overseas students and look after them like a real mother. I am really impressed with her warmheart. Next time when I come back to Auckland, I will definitely come back here to stay with Jewel again.
