My husband and I live in this large apartment 10 minutes from the historic center of Florence. The apartment on the 2nd floor with lift is well served by the bus line 6 which takes you to Santa Maria Novella station in 10 minutes. The area where we live is not tourist and via Gioberti offers small restaurants and pubs frequented by Florentines. The commercial area of the neighborhood is full of various shops including banks. We have a very large room of 25 square meters and very bright with two beds, a wardrobe, a desk and a bookcase. A bathroom with a shower cabin is available to the two guests. The American students we have often hosted have been very happy. Stefano is an architect and works in his studio in Settignano, Daniela is a journalist and has a small publishing house.
