Además el baño dispone de toallas, gel, papel higiénico. El metro está a 3 minutos de casa PARQUE DE lAS AVENIDAS, línea 7, o a su vez el metro de las Ventas, línea 2 que te lleva directo a Sol (centro ciudad), además están los autobuses 74, 53, 43 ( dirección a Sol y GranVía) , para moverse por la ciudad sin problemas. -Para reservar necesitamos una señal de 50 euros que depositen en una cuenta que se la daremos en su momento.- - ES IMPORTANTE El MARGEN DE llEGADA : llEGADA,- A PARTIR DE lAS 14;00 HASTA 23:00 SAlIDA .- ANTES DE lAS 12:00 Somos una familia de 4 personas, mi marido , mis dos hijos y yo. Además tenemos un gato negro que da buena suerte y es muy sociable, Akek es su nombre. Nos encanta conocer gente de diferente partes del mundo y aprender su cultura e idiomas.

!Myrian y familia han sido maravillosas! Muy acogedoras, informadas, y respetuosas. ! Es cierto que me gustaria volver a su habitacion limpia y tranquila! In English: I chose to stay at their clean and quiet apartment to get to know Madrid and practice Spanish during our breakfasts together. Both were achieved thanks to the help and welcome from Myrian and family. I would certainly enjoy staying with them again!

Myrian and her family was very nice, they are welcoming host. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. We were greatful for there hospitality. Thank you again, we enjoyed our trip in Madrid.

Ich bin total froh, dass wir uns für den Aufenthalt bei Myrian und Lorenzo entschieden haben. Das Schlafzimmer und das eigene angrenzende Bad sind hübsch und sehr sauber. Myrian war sehr lieb und hat uns jeden Morgen ein kleines Frühstück mit Toast und Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt, wer etwas Spanisch spricht, kann sich dabei auch prima mit ihr unterhalten! Lorenzo war auch sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Beispiel unser Busticket ausgedruckt. Er spricht auch etwas Englisch. Die Wohnung ist nah an der Metro 7 Haltestelle Parque de las Avenidas, von da aus kann man gut die Stadt entdecken. Es war wirklich schön, vielen lieben Dank!!

Myrian and Lorenzo were perfect hosts, I am so happy I decided to stay with them. They were friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and it was a joy to spend two weeks with them. My evening meals were really good, bedroom was very comfortable and my private bathroom was excellent. House is extremely clean. Absolutely fantastic.

Excelentes anfitriones, muy agradable la estadía, el departamento muy limpio acogedor, preocupados por el viajero, muy buenas instalaciones (baño, ducha, dormitorio y cocina) todo en excelente estado y excelente atención, muy recomendable.
