Male or Female I am offering 1 single room & 1 master double bedroom in my 4 bedroom home. I have just purchased a brand new single bed for your room of good quality with top quality interior for your room & also for the master double. I have 3 bathrooms & 1 shower an extended kitchen with conservatory which is lovely to relax. My Daughter is living away from home at the moment.Swords is lively, the new metropolis of North County Dublin with lots of bus routes to the city & the north county & 7 minutes to Dublin Airport by car. Close to beach and coastal walks with Malahide & Portmarnock nearby. We have the famous pavilion shopping mall 10 mins from our home. We enjoy making new friends and meeting guests from all over the world. 30 minutes to city Centre with Swords Express and plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs at your doorstep. long term stay open to negotiations on price. We also have small pomeranian friendly dog, the best behaved that makes no noise and great with people.

Great host, very welcoming! Karen was the perfect host, made me feel at home immediately, very friendly and whilst she is great to have a chat with, she also gives you privacy. If you need anything, Karen will surely help you sort it out! The house is beautiful, and the area is perfect - has got all conveniences close by and just a short bus ride away from various places of attraction (including Dublin city and Malahide), and the Airport too! Bonus - Gigi (the Pom) is such a sweetie! Very well behaved!

Best homestay. Karen was so kind, generous friendly and helpful . We had a wonderful experience and we felt like a family. I do recommend people to choose this homestay, the best one you could find. All the amenities are nearby and a friendly neighbourhood too .

I stayed approximately 2 months in Karen house, very nice house, perfect location close to big shops and in the center of Swords, Karen and her daughter Chloe are amazing, very welcoming and so friendly, you really feel like in your own home! It was a really great stay for me there!
