Our Homestay is called "Jayawimana" and its situated in 4km away from the main Kandy city in Sri lanka. The house is surrounded by lush greenery. Our home has a garden with many different varieties of trees, such as fruits and trees which are very useful for our day-to-day lives. In addition to that, many herbal and flower plants are also available in our garden. Our home environment is garnished with many birds visiting regularly to our place, which enhances the natural beauty of the environment. Our home consisted of four rooms, but we are lent only one room for the guests; hence, we will be able to provide better service to our guests, and this will be an advantage for the guest's privacy concerns. It takes only 2.5 hours to drive from the International airport Katunayake to our place. We have facilities with an attached bathroom and Hot and cold water, Internet WiFi, a garden area to sit and read book or work with computer, Meals on choice, Transport arrangements on request, calm, homely & Friendly service, and cooking classes could be arranged for guests to prepare local dishes without any special charge. Areas to visit: Temple Tooth, Kandy lake, Kandy Museum, Botanical Garden, Udawattekele Natural forest, Ambuluwawa Tower, Elephant Orphanage, Tea Museum, Hantana Bird Sanctuary, Elephant Orphanage, Historical Temples, Tea Estate, Golf Course, Shopping Arcades, etc. I have worked in the Hospitality and Tourism industries for 20 years in different categories as a Hotel Front Office manager, Hotel School lecturer, Senior lecturer, and principal. Therefore, I would be able to use my knowledge and experience to provide high-class service to our guests. It's my pleasure to cater to my own guests with more care and with the main intention of making our guests feel at home and make for a pleasant stay.
