Outside Description: 1.Bezirk: Beautiful, historical apartment block "Judenplatz", from the 17th century. In the heart of the city, traffic calmed area, in a pedestrian area. In the house: lift, central heating system. Motor access to 200 m from the house. Public car park at 300 m. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 21:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bakery 20 m, café 100 m, 1 minute walk to the centre, underground station "U1" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Jüdisches Museum 600 m, Anker Uhr 350 m, Stephansdom 500 m, Hofburg 900 m, Oper 1.2 km, Donaukanal 600 m. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.bath

très mal accueil et départ de la part des propriéaires

Très mauvais accueil et départ des propriétaires de l'appartement. Difficultés de récupérer la clé. Appartement bruyant car il se situe au dessus des restaurants.

Alleen de ligging was goed, de rest niet

3 overnachtingen gehad in dit appartement. De sleutel moesten we in een ander stadsdeel ophalen (en ook weer inleveren), wat erg onhandig en tijdrovend was. Het balkon op het binnenplaatsje (van de foto) is erg leuk, maar heeft niks met het appartement te maken....er is nl geen balkon. Klein appartement, maar alles zit erin. Het was bloedheet op de kamer (27 gr) en ondanks het ramen openzetten en ventilator aan koelde het niks af. Met ramen open slapen is sowieso geen optie, aangezien de woon/slaapkamer aan de straatzijde ligt en het precies boven een kroeg met terras ligt. Het bed was van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Matrasdikte vergelijkbaar met een tuinkussen op een harde lattenbodem. Niet comfortabel na dagen door de stad slenteren. De WiFi hebben we diverse malen moeten resetten. De ketel hoorde je regelmatig aanslaan in het halletje (met zachtboard plafonds). Nergens in het appartement hingen (CO2) rookmelders. Dus echt alleen de ligging was goed, volgende keer slapen we zeker ergens anders....

En verano, apartamento céntrico pero ruidoso

Un apartamento céntrico, cuidado y muy bien equipado. Creo que el único problema reside en el ruido que generan los restaurantes situados en la calle; en verano al no tener aire acondicionado, se ha de abrir las ventanas y eso conlleva tener bastante ruido que viene tanto de los restaurantes de la calle como de los servicios que necesitan. Total, según que día tienes asegurado ruido durante toda la noche. Seguro que en invierno és un sitio genial con la doble ventana de cerramiento.

Très bel appartement situé en plein centre, ce qui rend les déplacements dans les principaux sites plus faciles. Par contre, assez difficile à retrouver son chemin dans ces petites rues 18ème.

Mitten in Wien und doch zu ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung haben wir nun zum dritten mal gemietet und waren wie gewohnt sehr zufirieden. Die Ausstattung ist zufriedenstellend, die Qualität und Sauberkeit der Ausstattung ist gut. Zu empfehlen ist über Interhome den Schlüsselzustelldienst dazu zu buchen, ist deutlich bequemer wie wenn man den Schlüssel im Büro in einem anderen Bezirk abholen muss.

Avis peu favorable

La nécessité d'aller prendre et remettre les clefs assez loin du centre et de l'appartement lui-même est peu intéressant. d'autant quand le bureau est fermé et que l'on ne peut s'adresser qu'à une boite aux lettres. On peut rêver mieux comme accueil chaleureux. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est bien situé mais il faut s'attendre à être réveillé par l'activité de la toute proche boulangerie qui travaille très tôt dans la nuit encore. Enfin les photos données par le site ne sont pas tout à fait honnêtes puisqu'elles comprennent des vues du balcon intérieur sur lesquels semblent donner les fenêtres alors que l'appartement donne sur la rue.
