Good location, some things wrong

Good location, 10 min walk to shops and restaurants and 5 mins to a lovely beach, marine just across the road from house. Only problem with the place is that the pool wasn't working correctly and turned a slimly green colour which was very disappointing, My daughter jumped into the pool and ... after some of the water had gotten into her mouth, this wasn't ideal but overall v nice place would recommend

Wirkt wie ein verlassenes Haus ...

Das Haus ist groß und geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Es wirkt aber etwas heruntergekommen: zahlreiche Mängel wie zB defekte Armaturen, defekter Gasherd, Wasserschaden im Wohnzimmer, etc. Des weiteren waren gab es nur Metall- Klappbetten, die Zimmer und Küche waren eher schnell als gründlich gereinigt. Ebenso der Garten: groß, aber ungepflegt. Leider alles nicht mehr so, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wer bzgl. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit anspruchslos ist, für den wird es passen.

Villa santa ponca

ruime villa, begint op sommige punten wel gedateert te raken met wat lichte gebreken. Tijdens ons verblijf was de electriciteit uitgevallen, duurde een dag voor de contact persoon hier iets mee deed. Zelfde met het gas, deze was niet aangesloten en duurde 2 dagen voor we konden koken. De poort kon alleen electrisch geopend worden, door de electriciteits storing en een lege baterij van de afstandbediening konden we het huis alleen verlaten door over de muur te klimmen. Het huis was wel schoon toen we aankwamen maar voor de rest wekte het de indruk dat het eigenlijk niet klaar was voor verhuur. Contact en hulp met de contacpersoon van de woning was zeer slecht, reageerde slecht op belletjes en whatsappjes op de problemen die we hadden en deed of niks of pas een dag laters iets om de indruk te wekken dat ze ons ging helpen. Al met al vervelende problemen om tijden de vakantie tegen aan te lopen en de ondersteuning was zeer slecht op alle punten, bij aankomst of de dag daarna geen introductie gekregen over de woning en tijdens het verblijf dus geen support bij de problemen. Ondanks alles wel een fijne vakantie gehad in Mallorca zelf. Wat een fijn eiland om zo een week door te brengen!

Große Enttäuschung - Mückenplage

Wir alle waren sehr enttäuscht. Der Außenbereich wat schlecht gepflegt (dreckige Möbel). Durch 2 Teiche und den Brunnen und die üppige Bepflanzung, die trotz Regenzeit noch zusätzlich gesprengt wurde, hatten wir eine massive Mückenplage und extrem hohe Feuchtigkeit in und um das Haus. Da wir das Haus immer geschlossen halten mussten wegen der Mücken, blieb es drinnen muffig und feucht. Handtücher und Wäsche war kaum zu trocknen. Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und Geschirrtüchern war mehr als dürftig. Auf Rückfrage beim Sevice vor Ort haben wir nichts zusätzliches bekommen. Schränke in den Schlafzimmern waren nicht schließbar, Lattenroste teilweise gebrochen. Die diversen Terrassen waren unmöbliert. Internet war sehr langsam. Fazit: wir konnten uns im Garten nicht aufhalten und Pool und Grill nicht nutzen. Wir sind tagsüber immer geflüchtet, damit wir nicht zerstochen werden. Da wir nur einen Schlüssel für Haus und Tor hatten, war hier die Abstimmung mit mehreren Parteien sehr schwierig. Die hier abgebildeten Bilder beschönigen das. Ich würde diese Haus nie wieder buchen und niemandem empfehlen. Ich denke nicht, dass die Mücken nur durch die Regenzeit so massiv waren, denn an anderen Orten war dies kein Problem. Außerdem stand dies auch schon in anderen Bewertungen.

Schönes Haus mit sehr vielen Mücken

Es wird ja bereits erwähnt, dass das haus Biotope hat. Dies führte zu einer großen Mückenplage und das Haus hat keinerlei Mückengitter an den Schlafzimmern bzw. Mückennetze über den Betten. Die Küche war spärlich eingerichtet jedoch wurden fehlende Weingläser sofort nachgeliefert. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig, in der unmittelbaren Nähe des kleinen Hafens, wo man sehr gut essen gehen kann. Der Poolbereich und die Liegen waren nicht unbedingt sauber, leider sind die großen und vielen Teressen auch mit den ganzen Nadeln der Bäume voll und es gibt dort keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das WLAN war sehr sehr langsam. Durch den großen Innenhof wirklich Platz für drei Pkws und somit keine Parkplatznot. Da es sehr warm war reichten die leintücher zum Schlafen, sollte es kühler werden ist dies zu wenig.

Large, quiet villa but needs overhaul to make it great

We have stayed at the villa previously so knew what to expect and went prepared. Last year we found the pool and outside dining areas over-run by ants and mosquitos. We took a number of ant bait traps with us this year and put them out as soon as we arrived. After 2-3 days most of the ants had gone. The villa owner should have done this as it wasn't difficult and made life so much nicer. However I pointed this out in my review last year and they quoted the lots of trees/greenery line. We also took electronic mosquito devices with us which we put in the bedrooms. They were pretty effective, but the communal and outside areas around the villa were the places we found most of them remained The villa itself has had the main bedroom ensuite refurbished and its really good. However overall the villa is looking tired and needs a good overhaul. The furniture is tired in places and the place looks dated. Some of the floor tiles are hollow as you walk over them as they have become unstuck. Not loose, just no longer stuck down. A few pool tiles were also loose, particularly around the steps. The service company was very good. The villa was cleaned and ready early so we were able to check in before 1pm which was great as our flight arrived at 11.30. They were helpful throughout, particularly XXX. They are different to last years company and the difference shows.Your instructions from Interhome will state the key pick up is in Inca, about 25 miles away - its not, its at the villa itself. We were regularly bitten by mosquitos. Typical at this time of year, but not helped by the amount of greenery around the villa. Some can't be helped, i.e. trees, but the numerous plants and bushes around the pool and seating areas encourage them. If this were my villa I would strip most of the plants back. A small lemon tree had recently been planted so maybe that will control the mosquitos! Overall its a very large villa with lots of space so large groups can have their own areas. Lovely pool but some of the sunbeds and chairs are faulty. Practical but would benefit from a bit of refurbishing. Given the cost of rental I think the owners are scrimping a bit too much and need to invest some money back into the property. It looks like its been furnished from car boot sales and second hand shops. A few minutes walk to the main shopping area so we used the local taxi comp

Platzangebot groß, Sauberkeit katastrophal

großzügig gebautes Haus mit viel Platz und mit Swimmingpool und großem Garten, etliche Terrassen. Die Möbel in den Schlafräumen waren zum Teil defekt, Nachttischlampe ohne Steckdose, Gästetoilette nicht abschließbar, Schubladen lösten sich auf, die oberen Terrassen sehr dreckig, Bettwäsche und Handtücher unsauber mit großen Flecken ,Anzahl der Duschtücher nicht ausreichend, Küchenmülleimer ekelerregend, Grill total verdreckt, Selbstreinigung war vor der Benutzung schon erforderlich, leider war der Staubsauger nur eingeschränkt benutzbar

Massive villa, beautiful place but lots of ants!

The villa was fantastic. Expensive but spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Lots of outside seating areas and a great pool. Plenty of shade too if needed. The only negative is that the outside areas were full of ants, and we were all bitten heavily by mosquitoes from all of the trees and bushes. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the small beach, 10 to the main beach, There is a decent supermarket about 7 minutes away. Plenty of bathrooms, air conditioned throughout. Maybe a little dated but comfortable anyway.

Superbe maison

Nous étions ravis de ce séjour dans cette superbe maison, encore plus belle que sur les photos! Spacieuse, agréable avec ses différentes terrasses! Notre interlocutrice sur place était très disponible et très agréable. Magnifique séjour!

gut

Das Haus war gut, leider war die Betreuung nicht so optimal. Schlecht war, dass es für alle Familienmitglieder nur 1 Schlüssel gab. Das ist absolut ungenügend. Leider hatten wir Pech, dass für einige Stunden der Strom ausfiel und wir nicht mal Strom hatten um das elektrische Tor zu öffnen oder Babynahrung zuzubereiten. Da müsste eine schnellere Lösung gefunden werden. Außerdem ist ein Gasherd im Haus, wobei wir keine Einweisung erhielten, da wir uns mit Gas nicht auskennen. Als dann auch noch die Gasflasche leer war, ging natürlich nichts mehr. Es war immer schwer, bei Problemen eine zuverlässige Auskunft zu bekommen. Der Garten mit dem Pool war hervorragend und über die kinderfreundliche Ausstattung haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Es war für uns trotz einiger Probleme ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir werden wieder mit Interhome verreisen. Familie Hauth
