For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool round (10 m diameter, seasonal availability: 01.Jan.-31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Single garage. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, sandy beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (18 hole), tennis 400 m, riding stable 1.5 km. Una locación muy buena al lado de una playa estupenda

Es un sitio perfecto para descansar y relajar al lado de una playa muy buena y limpia. Jardines, piscina y entorno muy bonito. El apartamento es espacioso pero se podría mejorar el equipamiento en la cocina: tostadora, exprimidor de zumos, cuchillos para cocinar etc y incluir unos muebles más en el salon y dormitorios: lamparas, una mesa auxiliar con el sofa en el salon para estar un poco más cómodo. Aparte de esto todo muy limpio. El wifi funciona bien. Es una zona muy recomendable porque tiene variedad de actividades para todos las edades y Denia está cerca...merece una visita.

Location bien située

Après un début difficile, pas d'eau chaude pendant 3 jours sur séjour de 2 semaines... Vite oublié car location bien située plage/golf/piscine et la terrasse agréable. Place de parking difficile d'accès (problème de construction) et un peu plus de vaisselle serait l'idéal ... Sinon, nous y retournerions pourquoi pas !

Appartement proche d'une plage quasi deserte

L'appartement est bien situé pour se rendre a une plage quasi deserte au centre de Oliva nova. Il est correctement equipé au niveau cuisine. Le salon est sommaire. Lors de notre arrivée, le lit de la chambre des parents etait tordu et empechait l'utilisation par une personne de + 1,80. Sujet reglé après deux jours par le technicien de service. L'appartement peut théoriquement être occupé par 4 adultes mais la deuxieme chambre ne permet pas l'installation correcte des deux lits individuels et utilisation des armoires suite a la presence d'une colonne, ce qui m'a obligé a positionner le deuxième lit en travers. Le jardin de la residence est bien soigné mais il faut noter une forte presence de moustiques peut-être du a un terrain broussailleux proche. On a été bouffés par les moustiques malgré les bougies spéciales et autres appareils electriques.

Lage super, Ausstattung befriedigend

Das gesamte Umfeld hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Anlage sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung groß, die Einrichtung läßt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Sehr spartanisch, ein kleines Sofa, 1 Tisch 6 Stühle, das war`s. Leider kein deutsches Fernsehen.(Wurde auch nicht angeboten). Kaffemaschine mußte erneuert werden. Kein Korkenzieher vorhanden. Einige Rollos sind nicht mehr richtig gängig.Im Duschbad sollten die Fugen erneuert werden. Noch eine Bemerkung zur Schlüsselabgabe: Die Mitarbeiterin ist sehr freundlich, die Anfahrt-Skizze zur Wohnung müßte überarbeitet werden, um etwas genauer zu sein. Meine Bewertung hört sich sicher etwas kleinlich an, trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, die genannten Dinge nur Kleinigkeiten, die leicht abzustellen wären.
