Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the swimming pool and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. 1 pet/ dog allowed. AT-468383-A
Outside Description: Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "Villa Tatiana". In the resort 3 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (01.01.-31.12.). Arbour, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 2.3 km, grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 2.5 km, bar 900 m, sandy beach 2 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km. Excellent villa very spacious for a two bedroom villa outside space and pool lovely modern decor inside all clean and tidy would recommend denia is also a lovely place to visit nice harbour.

Fantastisch

Modern, zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede matrassen. Wel zijn er diverse aandachtspunten waar aan gewerkt moet worden. Deze punten hebben wij op papier gezet voor XXX gezien de woning de komende 3 maanden verhuurd is. Het zijn voor alsnog geen klachten maar aandachtspunten waar mogelijk de komende gasten wel klachten over kunnen indienen. Het was een fantastische week in een zalig huis.

Villa très agréable

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette location. La maison est conforme au descriptif et aux photos.L intérieur est moderne et cosi .Cuisine bien équipée.La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme.Piscine et terrasse agréable.A noter qu'un meilleur nettoyage de la piscine est préférable entre deux arrivée et ps en fin de séjour.

Très belle maison de vacances

Situation idéale à Denia reculée du centre tout en étant à 5 mn en voiture (chaussée dégradée mais comme c'est souvent le cas). Intérieur moderne, propre, literie parfaite, bien équipé (sauf vaisselle car pas de verres à pied, ni cafetière seulement XXX). Extérieur parfait avec transats, parasols, ombre sous les oliviers, barbecue...la piscine est top et son exposition lui permet de monter à 31 degrés. Stationnement idéal avec très grande place, 2 magasins (XXX a XXX) à quelques minutes en voiture. La location aurait mérité le terme excellent si le lave vaisselle avait fonctionné normalement, que le portail électrique n'avait pas été HS, et que la climatisation avait aussi été dans les chambres et pas seulement couloir et salon. Néanmoins nous y reviendrons sans problème.
