Apartamento adecuado, cómodo con todo lo necesario.En buenas condiciones. Cerca de la playa. Piscina muy tranquila.

Estupenda calidad precio

Con un acceso restringido, aparcamiento reservado, te quita muchos quebraderos de cabeza. Las zonas ajardinadas y la piscina muy agradables. El apartamento muy luminoso, aunque algo frío y echamos de menos un calefactor similar al del salon en el baño. Los muebles algo antiguos pero muy funcionales y en general muy bien equipada la casa.

El frigorífico minúsculo

En general, la estancia estuvo bien, con pequeños matices, primero el frigorífico era minúsculo, casi como el minibar de los hoteles, cuando llegamos el congelador tenia mucho hielo y enfriaba poco, no pudimos hacer uso de el, al ser tan pequeño, la compra la teníamos que hacer día a día, ya lo pusimos en las observaciones al dejar las llaves. También, aparte del sistema de contraventanas que tenia la vivienda, si que seria necesario unas cortinas, tan simple como eso daría mas intimidad a la vivienda y bueno, los colchones, se podrían mejorar. La urbanización estaba bien cuidada, el portero muy amable, la piscina, aunque había niños, nos respetábamos todos, se estaba bien y luego la playa que teníamos enfrente, aunque era de roca, las aguas eran transparentes, una pasada. En general bien.

Apartamento pequeño y normalito

Los utensilios de cocina están bastante anticuados y la cisterna del baño no funcionaba bien, además los utensilios de limpieza estaban dañados (cubo y fregona)

Entspannter Urlaub!

Also die Lage des Hauses ist super, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Nette Bewohner und die Anlage sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die Jüngste aber trotzdem alles gut.

Buen lugar para vacaciones de playa

Bien situado, cerca de la playa y de la zona de ocio,bares y restaurantes, pero al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila. El apartamento estaba correcto aunque se echaba de menos el aire acondicionado. Buenas vistas laterales del mar y del cabo de Prim.
